Store Update: Thursday, May 21, 2020

We’re happy to welcome you back to our shop this Friday, May 22! Please respect the enhancements we’ve made to ensure a clean and safe environment for all customers and staff. Online & phone orders, as well as curbside pick up, are still available.

 

Product Availability Update: Thursday, May 7, 2020

Some meat-processing plants are closing or reducing their operations due to coronavirus illnesses, affecting the beef, pork, and poultry industries. The result is a disruption in the supply chain that affects our ability to maintain inventory on some items. These items are marked as “Temporarily Out of Stock” or “Limited Availability” in our shop. Please call to inquire about the most up to date availability: 719-242-1928. 

 

Price Update: Wednesday, April 29, 2020

Several items in our shop are undergoing a price change due to increased costs from the producers we source from. Our price increases on these products reflect only the additional cost. We will continue to work diligently to provide our quality hormone-free, steroid-free antibiotic-free products at a fair price. Check back here for updates. 


Processing Time Update: Wednesday, March 25, 2020

We are preparing to have a large majority of orders ready for pick up within the next 48 hours. To maintain social distancing and encourage the safe delivery of your orders, we are implementing the following pick up procedures.

  1. All pick ups will be delivered to your vehicle by a BAYS employees, please call 719-242-1928 upon arrival.
  2. Employees will be dressed in protective gear to protect the customer and themselves from any potential exposures.

You will receive a confirmation message via email and/or text when your order is ready.

 

Processing Time Update: Saturday, March 21, 2020

Our current processing time is now 3-5 days.

We will continue to offer the Package Deals 1-3, Fillin’ the Freezer package and individual items that make up the Fillin’ the Freezer package. This streamlines our order process and ensures we can meet the demand of our customers. These items make up a large majority of our current orders. You may see many items out of stock in our shop for the time being. We will bring these items back when time and inventory allows. We appreciate your time and patience and thank you for supporting us during this challenging time.

 

Product Availability Update: Monday, March 16, 2020

Effective March 16, we are streamlining our available individual products to items that are available in our premade packages. This allows us to more efficiently serve you and keep items in stock. Specialty items such as sausages and marinated chicken will not be available. We will do our best to fulfill current orders as is, however, substitutions for similar items may occur.

Thank you to our customers, (regular and new) for your support and trust to help feed your family during this difficult time for our community. To ensure the safety of our customers and to best serve everyone fairly and efficiently, we are implementing the following changes.

  1. Our storefront is open for pickups only at this time. Please place your orders on our website or by phone at 719-242-1928.
  2. Starting March 15, we will prioritize pending online orders to ensure they are fulfilled first when new stock arrives in our shop.
  3. ALL orders will now be prioritized on a first-come-first-serve basis. This includes online, telephone and walk-ins.
  4. Everyone will receive an email confirmation or phone call when their order is ready. If you opt-into receiving text alerts, you will receive order updates via text message as well.
  5. We are offering FREE delivery on orders made between Wednesday, March 18-March 28.

We are committed to helping everyone get what they need and have employed extra help to expedite your order. We are monitoring this situation daily, and, as we do with any unusual event, we will watch what’s happening locally and adjust business operations and policies as needed.

Due to self quarantines in response to COVID-19, we are seeing an increase in orders. To ensure we provide you with the best service possible, please allow us additional time to process your orders. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

In-Store Pickup: You may select in-store pickup during checkout. Orders of 50lbs or less are available after 4 pm on your order day. Orders over 50lbs are available 48 hours after your order day. You may pick up your items any time during regular business hours.

Stay in Your Car: During checkout, let us know in the order notes if you would like us to bring your order to your vehicle. Please include the make and model of your vehicle to make it easier to find you during peak hours. You may call (719) 242-1928 when you arrive to confirm your order and have us bring it to your vehicle.

Delivery: We will call to inform you of your delivery window. Someone must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. If no one is available when the delivery is attempted, an additional $15 re-delivery fee will be added to your order. If you need to re-schedule your delivery, please call our shop at (719) 242-1928. We currently are delivering on Fridays and Saturdays throughout Pueblo County.
