What began as a proclamation from Colorado Governor Polis establishing March 20 as “Meat Out Day” turned into the largest gross sales day of the year for Bay’s Meat Market on March 20, 2021. Bay’s Meat Market hosted a daylong event in Pueblo, Colorado for over 120 customers who lined up to support local ranchers, meat and dairy producers, and Colorado agriculture businesses. We grilled and served free burgers and customers purchased hundreds of pounds of meat sourced from local Colorado ranchers.
Bay’s Meat Market will continue the support of local meat producers by celebrating again on March 19, 2022 in Pueblo.
- Beginning at 10 am, Bay’s will offer burger specials including $9.99 steak burgers all weekend.
- The Hungry Buffalo is serving free beef burgers from Bay’s Meat Market complimented by a full bison menu available for purchase. All meat is sourced from Bay’s Meat Market.
“Small local ranchers have an extremely positive impact on our community’s economy and health,” said Bay’s Meat Market Owner Ernie Meyer. “We continue to advocate for our Colorado meat producers, ranchers and robust ag industry and thank our customers for their ongoing support as well.”
Bay’s Meat Market will host the 2nd Annual Meat Appreciation Day from 10 am – 4 pm on March 19, 2022, while supplies last at the corner of Pueblo Blvd and Redwood Lane in Pueblo.
