Bay’s is excited to partner with Metabolic Research Center to offer quality lean meat to its customers right here in Southern Colorado. For convenience and easier access to quality meats, Bay’s is hosting pop-up shops outside of Metabolic Research Center in Pueblo and Colorado Springs on select Fridays. Orders must be received by noon Thursday to guarantee availability.

1. Order in Advance
Buy locally sourced chicken, turkey, 97/3 beef and bison directly from our shop below or call in your order: (719) 242-1928.

2. Pick Up at Your Metabolic Research Center
We will have your order ready to pick up on the day of our pop-up shop. Check back here for dates and locations.

3. Other Ways to Purchase
You may always visit our shop in Pueblo or purchase right here on our website and opt for in-store pickup or delivery (to greater Pueblo area) right to your door.
